Great stretches to do post workout or on a recovery day to help increase mobility, improve posture and alleviate tightness and muscular stress that creates body imbalances and general tension.
*Large groups are encouraged to call concierge (218-963-8756) for special arrangements on activities that are restrictive of quantities or sessions.
